Fit Tip Apply to clean, dry skin free from oils or lotions. Do not use on sunburnt or irritated skin. Recommended wear time is up to 8 hours; do not sleep in the tape.
Removal Remove slowly from the bottom up while supporting the breast. Use coconut oil or baby oil to help weaken the adhesive. Do not rip off quickly.
