Returns & Shipping Policy

At Curve Theory, we want you to love your purchase! Please review the following details regarding our return and shipping policies for both in-store and online orders.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

The following applies to both in-store and online purchases:

  1. On eligible regular-priced items, Canadian customers may request an exchange or store credit within 10 days of the purchase, delivery, or pick-up date.

  2. We do not offer refunds.

  3. Exchanges are limited to one time only—items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange.

  4. We do not accept returns or exchanges from customers outside Canada, including the USA.

  5. The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Sale and reduced items
    • Lingerie, bralettes, jewelry, accessories, bags/purses
    • Biker shorts and leggings

  6. Swimwear may be exchanged or returned for store credit only if the hygienic seal is intact and all other eligibility conditions are met.

  7. Approved returns must be mailed back within 10 days of the original delivery, purchase, or in-store pickup date.

  8. To request a return, email us at hello@curvetheory.ca. All returns must be pre-approved.

  10. Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt.

  11. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method, as Curve Theory is not responsible for lost return packages.

  12. Please allow 3–4 business days for your store credit to be processed. You’ll receive a digital gift card via email, redeemable in-store or online.

  13. In-store pickup orders will be held for 10 days. After that, items will be returned to inventory and store credit will be issued.

  14. Sale prices are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

  15. Order Cancellations:
    Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped. Please email your request to hello@curvetheory.ca.

    Orders are processed Tuesday to Saturday during business hours. We are closed on Mondays. Sending an email does not guarantee cancellation, as your order may ship before your message is seen.

    Note: A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

🚚 Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $125 CAD (before tax) to anywhere in Canada and the USA. We ship using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and ICS.

Orders are processed Tuesday to Saturday (excluding Mondays) and are delivered to the post office daily (except Mondays). A valid street address is required for delivery. We proudly ship plus size fashion across Canada and to the United States.

🇨🇦 Estimated Delivery – Canada

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days before shipment
  • Standard Shipping: 2–9 business days after shipment
  • Express (Xpresspost): 1–3 business days after shipment

🇺🇸 Estimated Delivery – USA

  • USA Tracked Packet: 5–9 business days after shipment
  • USA Expedited Parcel: 4–6 business days after shipment
  • USA Xpresspost: 2–3 business days after shipment

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders over $125 CAD (before tax) within Canada and the USA. Orders under $125 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

❗ Important Shipping Notes

  • Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are generated by the carrier (e.g., Canada Post or UPS) and do not include our 1–2 business day processing time.
  • Once your order has shipped, delivery speed and timing are the carrier’s responsibility. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
  • Curve Theory is not responsible for delays, lost/stolen packages (including porch theft), or customs inspections.
  • International orders may be subject to duties and taxes depending on your country’s laws. These are not collected by Curve Theory and must be paid to receive your order. If a package is refused or returned, any return shipping or brokerage fees will be deducted from your refund.
